i've been experimenting with "heart healthy" stuff. there were these chocolate chip cookies that i got in vermont many moons ago that were made with wholegrains. best fucking cookies ever.

i got a pretty good mix going with oats, molasses, wheat germ, walnuts, and whole wheat flour. but it still needs more tweaking.

i'll tell you one thing, you will have an smooth time in the shitter after a few of these.
