So. We either gift them to tw buds via a GD thread for EVE recruitment purposes, or we just give them to buds already in EVE that would like a $30 free start to an alt.

Personally, I think EVE is going to see ALOT of 2week old pilots that have Cyno Gen to 2, that will be proptly abandoned after a 60 day period has elapsed.
