Not at all. Unless they make it a rule that its illegal to compete with them. Remember netscape and mozilla, they were once the leading providers. Free markets (if actually implemented) make this no problem at all. If Google continues to go the way of the SJW, it will just provide an opportunity for somebody to steal a large portion of their customer base (see fox news as an example).

very very popular != monopoly

Google, youtube, etc could all disappear tomorrow, and there would be countless other websites and services to take their place. Whereas if Comcast or Verizon disappears, it would leave a large chunk of the US without internet access because there is literally zero competition in some places.
