[suggestion] thread page numbers

i actually like that threads display the last page's number now, but what i think is weird, especially for long threads, is that it displays the first 15ish pages, and then the last.

i think it would be much better if the last half of the range included at least the last three pages. it would make it useful for when you come back to revisit a page, so you dont have to go to the last page and then work your way back.

that is a good suggestion, it will require a code change so I'll have to look into it.

have you had time to look into this yet?

i did look and it wasn't a simple change so i pushed it off
