Depends on the day
I do morning sessions and evening sessions, sometimes both in a single day.

I keep seeing people going back and forth about when is better. Some say morning before breakfast so that you're working out on an empty stomach, but then some say at night before bed

probably depends on your schedule but I do intermittent fasting in the morning until lunch time and dinner, so I skip breakfast and try to workout right after work.

saturday and sunday morning after having a large breakfast, then tuesday and thursday night after work. working out before work would require me to wake up way too early.

With the covid lockdown, my routine is now early mornings.
Cant wait for the gyms to reopen.

I prefer mornings between breakfast and lunch. But a good choice would be to occasionally alter usual workout times for mental and physical change of pace.

I have an ankle problem. I broke my leg for a very long time and now this injury reminds me very often, so for several years I quit my workouts in the gym. I’m now looking for a way to return to work out in the morning, because I noticed that my health problems are beginning due to an inactive lifestyle. My doctor says that I can work out in the gym if I use a special medical bandage for my ankles, such as ankle brace Ortorex, and I will not overload my sore leg. I'm very afraid to return to training, because my leg only recently stopped hurting, so if someone here has recommendations on how best to train with a sore ankle, then I will be glad to hear your advice.
