Actually... I was reminded about Rift by my credit card bill, which brought me here.

After 3 months of not paying for a subscription or playing RIFT (cancelled)... TRION decided now would be a good time to charge my card for a 3 month subscription until October.


Gee thanks TRION. I didn't realize that the reason I wasn't logging in was because I hadn't paid a subscription fee... and here I thought it was something else, thanks for fixing that for me... and not emailing me, or otherwise telling me anything about the account problem I supposedly had.

Sounds like you signed up, checked the 3month founders rate box for subscriptions, then promptly forgot to cancel it when the game didn't meet your expectations.

I signed up in March.

I cancelled at the end of March.

I wasn't billed, or had access to the game for May, April, June.

Suddenly I'm billed for 3 months at the end of July.



All fixed though. TRION refunded me and fixed the recurring bill problem.

well that sucks i have a 36 mage, 29 cleric, 31 rogue as Defiant on here.

i hate guardians on our server, all they do is yell tons of 4chan memes in BG's even when they're getting smashed.

probably some of you assholes in the mix somewhere.

Got a free copy of the game @ PAX - started up an Elf Mage chick on Seastone/Guardian. FuriousJodo is the char name.

Guardians seem pretty terrible in WFs. I got my guardian cleric to 50 and then proceeded to lose literally every WF I got queued into. This was on Deepstrike's bg. Promptly rerolled defiant because that's what I originally wanted to play anyway.

You defiant on Seastone? Hit me up and we can do group for WF's / instances.
