i had my gold refunded in about 2 hours last night after putting in a ticket. they didn't do anything with my items, just robbed my gold

Lawl, just got an email for the free 30 days + runes too. The free time let me cancel my account without being charged for the first month. Woot.

Aaaand didn't even get the runes in my mail and got a cancellation email saying my account is active until April 3rd even though my account page says I have 32 more days of playtime, which I figured was the credited 30 days. Failures.

I got that email with the free month which was nice.

Now today, I got an email saying my account has been suspected in fraudulent activities and I have been warned.... LOL

wtf.
