I usually ride with people- there is competition to go faster and also someone to talk to, at times
also, when you run you're counting calories every minute and pushing yourself to do it for a beach body
when I'm riding I'm usually just focusing on competition
to be fair though when I used to run it was the same way, but running is more tedious than cycling... and the scenery doesnt change fast enough. I ride in some pretty scenic areas
