ok, so my body recovered from dirt bike riding and I went for 30 minutes of cardio + a tons of ab work
hooray cardio days!!
tomorrow is chest and tricep

Morning Back, lower bicep / forearm
1)Pull Ups x 6 sets
2)Wide Grip Pull Ups ss w/ bent over underhand bb rows x 3 sets
3)Military Pull Ups ss w/ seated wide grip rows x 3 sets
4)Chin Ups ss w/ seated close grip grows x 3 sets
5)Lat Pull Downs ss w/ front lat extention x 3 sets
6)straight leg dead lifts x 6 sets
7)Hammer Curls x 3 sets
8) Reverse Curls x 6 sets
cardio: 20min intervals on stairs
Night: Abs (jump rope 30 sec after ever set)
1)Weighted rope crunch super setted with ab wheel x 6 sets
2)Weighted Leg lifts ss w/ wood choppers x 3 sets
3)Ball Crunch ss w/ ab wheel 3 sets
cardio - 10min intervals on stairs, 10 Min jump rope, 10 min Eliptical, death

ok so yesterday sucked, I got stuck in LA, got a speeding ticket on the way home, got home too late to work out
made up for it today, bench, prone, incline, decline, tricep press, tricep pull down 40 minutes cardio, and a ****ton of sit ups
I'm down to 218 and I put up 225 3 times today hooray me!

That's very impressive considering 2/3rds of your mass is skull.

morning workout today, had to go to LA again and didn't want to miss a work out
did back, 40 minutes of cardio, biceps, and a bunch of abs

it was pouring here so I did 2 spin classes and then swam (with sarbuze in mind) at the ymca. I can officially swim about 600 meters before i'm afraid of drowning from breathing so hard

try kicking less. focus on pulling more water and lengthening each stroke. and relax as much as possible. i watched a lot of videos on youtube on swim technique, some helped, some didn't. biggest thing is keeping hips up, on top of the water and just learning to be comfortable.
it took me a good two months to become very comfortable in the water that i didn't breathe hard after 100 meters. now i can swim open ocean for 4 miles without getting my heart rate above 130. with your biking, you'd be a force in a tri! look forward to seeing your progress in the water.

I don't know if swim technique is different for extreme distances, but for 500m or less, you shouldn't really be swimming with your arms. Lengthening your stroke is good, but it's primarily kick-propelled.

what, i barely kicked at all after like 200 meters because it was too much work. FWIW i ended up swimming almost 1.5k all told, but after about 800m i was doing 50m normal swimmy stroke and 50m the way that looks like a frog or whatever
i dont really know much about swimming
today: 38 mile team ride, 22.1 mph avg. focused on keeping my line, pulling smoothly, and (no joke) smiling the entire ride. I guess I'm one of those people that have a "my balls are in a vice grip" face when I'm pushing. I want to be like Chris Horner (always smiling)

no ****ing cardio didn't get home until an hour before the gym closed UGH

1 hour 10 min of intervals on the stairs. ****ing ruff 0_o. earned the 4500 calories i ate today :o
