Did my standard interval run. I finally mapped it and it's 4.6 miles. Didn't time myself. VFFs as always. Felt awesome to get out and run, I've been cooped up in the house painting and doing other stuff all weekend, storm finally broke this morning (been raining since Friday), it's about 55 out, overcast, light breeze...perfect.

i hate you and your weather
80 degrees and 98% humidity here
i managed 7 miles but i was pretty gassed at the end. although my diet today was pretty poor (beer + grilled meat)

The beautiful perfect weather was a fluke as a result of a wet cold front that hit hard this weekend and broke right in time for my run (then came back). It won't be this nice until November, though mornings will be in the 50s-60s and not humid.

try and find a cheap no contract gym.
dont let life changes be an excuse to throw away all of your hard work
