taller people usually cant lift heavy weight since it requires more distance to move the weight up. My friend can bench 345 and he is 5'8" and 163lbs. Its sick. He can do 400 pushups in a row and like dips forever.
Only thing i did was lift very heavy, ate a lot of red meat, took no xplode, and animal pak multivitamins. I lifted so heavy that the barbell would get stuck on me many times.

It was worth it!
