Well, I didnt lose much, if any weight. I think I actually gained a few pounds. Im at like 189 now, at 6' even. I think I was a few less. These are before and after Marine Corps boot camp pics. I didnt life weights, just did the normal crunches, pullups, pushups, and whatever games they could think of to make us do.

I dont really want to work out to get bigger. Ive never worked out before more than half a dozen times in my life. Too much
work for me. :o I would like to lose a few more pounds around my stomach, but I can probably do that just by eating better.
BTW, went from 8 pullups at the start of boot camp, now I do more than 20. 20 is a perfect score, anything more doesnt count. So Im pretty happy with that. Not too bad for being 32, I dont think.
