well ya tri on push and bis on pull
do u go heavy and light on each day as far as volume?
currently i am like
heavy push, light pull, heavy leg, rest, light push, heavy pull, light leg
and basically on light days i am doin slightly reduced volume, higher rep range, and just different lifts
y pre program deload, just go hard till u hit the wall
r u eatin big or maitaneance?
