thing with kdt is i know his height (hes not 5'3 or 5'6) and hes right in the crease for extremely heavy deadlift and high rep no this doesn't mean or imply he's short

i got hurt in feb or march from that deadlift pr lol. tore a ligament in my wrist trying to hold on while doing the 8th rep. i stopped lifting really since then

i think my ohp hit 185x5 this bulk season (started mid jan) before i got hurt
i dont flat bench anymore since many of my friends have torn pecs on it but i do incline bench smith. did 285x4 before i got hurt
i never curled but this yr i did it to get 16 inch guns and got to 60x5 for dumbells or something before getting hurt
squat i hit an ez 465x5 before the inj

gonna slow down next bulk season cuz getting hurt 8 wks into a new season is pretty gey and strength was shooting up really fast

now im cutting so i can be shredded again. opsayo ran into me when i was shredded last summer but im gonna get leaner than that and i already packed on a little more size so ya gg i dont lift anymore
