weight is around 220, ill upload some vids soon but i got about 6 or 7 tw members on fb and theres proof on there, took me around 3 - 4 years of ego lifting to get there but less weight better technique is what its about atm + being in the army and having **** all to do helps.

i mean, i believe you, espec with the cycle you did and all that excess army food.
im mentally stuck at 340 right now. ive never been stronger than it and i weighed around 20more lbs than i do now. :/ .. gonna try to beat it again in about 12 weeks.

Plateau's definitely suck, i did a comp last year and was working on 10 sets 3 reps for about 2 months and that helped alot and ****loads of pre workout 
Did that cycle bout 2 years ago and got alot higher in the 1rm's but got an injury so i couldn't really get any cardio in.

man, ive read over and over about big sets of triples on bench for breaking a ceiling .. i may just buckle down and try it. right now im periodizing my way thru it, its slow BUT working and ive been breaking rep PRs! time is the enemy.. just gotta get my ego out of it. Anyway, 375 bench is damn good

I am 5'5" usually between 165 - 17lbs I will never be the biggest, strongest, or fastest at anything but I am pretty well rounded. Even one year away from 40 I still push myself daily. I have bench over 300lbs, biked over 50 miles, ran over 10 miles, hiked, skied, rock climbed etc etc

also - it would be cool if the leaderboard showed the top 5 or 10... trying to get #1 is generally out of reach unless you have experience in that area.... but people could work towards top 10...

Hopefully Ill hit this board sometime soon I havent Maxed out anything but my deadlift and that was over a year ago and I did 405 once, which is good for someone only 160lbs. Im currently squatting 275 for 10 reps, wonder what I could do for max. As for overhead press, im doing shoulder presses for 160 for reps right now as well. Maybe ill see if I can top Prop one day when I have extra time.
