This is a few refinements in, not sure if its the best, but it seems to keep up DPS wise with those other classes. (Oh and it was reliably keeping a few DPS ahead of Firstade earlier. ) Started with the forum's build initially, ended up here. Don't think its that special, but everyone wants to see it so here it is.

Is there a reason the reactives are at the bottom? With no GCD on them I thought there was no downside to including them first, even if they don't do as much dps as one of the other skills.

You gain a few microseconds here and there due to your GCD abilities always going off when the GCD is up, instead of waiting for you to cycle through your off GCD skills first.
