Although when training gymnastics you must remember that like it or not, you're going to suck at beginning. And the amount of stuff you can do at the beginning can be very limited.
For example planches are impossible for most when they start, and the progression to make them might not feel like workout at all. Or handstand...
But in the end it's very rewarding to learn a new gymnastic skill, it does not only take strength but control, which makes it more demanding.
