so: is there anyway to make flags glow on low gfx? do they only glow on med or hi? idk

THAT IS PRETTY GRAPHICALLY HIGH IMO

i think the flag glow thing sometiems has more to do with graphics card than anything else

like gforce cards i can see the flag glow through walls so i kno if capper is hiding on dx cubby 4 example its real cheater shit

the flag glow pulses every 1.5 seconds so at times there's almost no glow (lemons screenshots illustrate that well)

and yeah there are still original textures in the hires pack because i burned out and gave up after stealing/making like 400 textures

fun facts:

the screen in that shot is from the movie Oblivion

you can see 'Tet Vision' in the top left, there's a bunch more of them inside Broadside, some are even animated. some show the drones, some show scans of jacks dna, etc
