Considering a server transfer.

Hey everyone, I was considering a server transfer and was wondering if any guild on TW needed a pretty well geared resto shammy in guild, im up to date on all current fights and im ranked top 50 on my current server for resto shammy's and in a top 10 raiding guild..... also, even if you dont need a resto shammy, let me know if your server is worth it, im tired of fighting a 600+ que on mine on raid nights.

Tich's really that bad? I only have seen a 400 queue and it only takes 15 or so minutes to get in. There has to be another reason you would leave a top 10 guild. Give us the juicy details!

nope, its all que, around 7 server time when i raid the que is usually 600ish, takes about 20-30 mins to get in... have to log in a few hours early just to get around the que, not worth it imo, i dont want to sit on WoW all day so i can raid a few hours on a tuesday night lol.
 
We raid at 6pst when we do raid and I've only seen a queue once in the last couple months. I thought Slack raided at the same time we do?

we're running 2 25 mans right now, with mains and alts split up so we can gear faster, mains suck up all the gear and alts get nothing... second group runs at 7 server, first at 5 server.
 
Are you able to be on earlier BrokenWear? We aren't doing anything serious as a guild but I still run GDKP raids with people from our guild, Neurotic, Sadistic, Blur, etc. We do fairly well for a PUG. We farmed 3d Sarth when Naxx was endgame, Yogg when Ulduar was endgame (attempting no hardmodes), ToC was puggable by anyone, and we had Putricide to ~50% in 3 attempts last week in our main GDKP raid. Hit me up if you're free and not locked, I'm running tonight's 6pst raid - we also have a 2nd raid Sunday (not always room for extra players though). All items are open for bidding (gold) with the pot split at the end. ToC is normally good for ~5-700g apiece when we run it, ICC is 2.5-4k apiece depending on luck with drops and trash epics. 5-8k gold per week without doing dailies, yes please.

We don't really have set nights, the guild has gone casualcore but generally:

Tues 6pst - 2 ICC10 groups (both groups have Putricide down, I run group2 and a couple officers run the 1st group)
Wed 6pst - potential ICC25 GDKP (guild's normal raiding night, but we only have ~20 guildmates. Wed has been an offnight for about a month but with new wings we no longer have time for 2 GDKP raids on Sundays)
Thurs 6pst - bad alts ICC10 (didn't attempt Putricide last week but 6/7 with some pretty badly geared alts)
Fri 7:30pst - chink ICC10 (bunch of former Bloodshot 10man night, 7/7)
Sat - OFF
Sun 6pst - ICC25 GDKP + ToC25 if time/interest allow it
Mon 6pst - bad alts ICC10 (anyone not already locked for emblems, aka "the repair bill run". I try to have all 3 toons locked to avoid this one.)

Only the Friday raid goes beyond 9:30pst, most are normally done before 8-8:30. Sunday raid goes til ~10 some weeks if we hit up ToC (trophies still sell for 1.5-2k, everything else almost always min 200g bid).

Nothing mandatory, no DKP to worry about, we just show up and grab whoever is available. We only min-max raid makeup if we have the people to do it, and generally the weakest DPS or least situationally aware healers get bumped out of Tuesday and Friday raids. GDKP is pickier about who gets in since Festergut has an enrage timer that's fairly strict for PUGs (we beat it by only ~10-15 seconds last week).

edit: zeph hit me up tonight, 2 of the guilds that have alts that regularly go to our gdkp shit raid tonight so we may have a couple spots. Probably only DPS, tanks and healers are almost always covered.

so... 6/7 week are raid days, for at least 2 hours, can go longer.
