Chicken can also be blackened by broiling it on Hi in an oven, but you have to turn it every 5 min. or so.

you have to cook it about 3/4 of the way and let the lime/lemon juice cook it the rest of the way.

It really is hard to explain.

Nah it can cook chicken too. But like I said its already 3/4's cooked anyway..it just kind of finishes it off.
