I was reading their beta phases, and it seems that newsletter subscribers (it's free) are selected randomly each month to get into beta. Then the phase before public beta, all subscribers are let in.

So i think it'd be a good idea to be a subscriber

Go there theres a link near the bottom with a big picture that says subscribe to the newsletter.
