People eat "BBQ" all over the world, but everyone has a different definition. Where I am from, it's usually slow-cooked pork shoulder meat that is pulled off the bone and covered in a thick dark sauce that is slightly sweet/slightly hot. What kind of "BBQ" do you eat where you're from?
