Russia hacking the DNC wouldn't merit a constitutional crisis. That is on the DNC for being dumb.

Russia as an influence is interesting mostly in how the narrative of an election can be shaped by foreign and domestic sources, how people consume media and how individual biases can be exploited by honest and dishonest actors.
