If a state is in the middle of a recount on December 13th - they can't be considered in the official electoral vote tally. They are going to delay this **** like champs. They will recount every ****ing vote by hand. Even all the provisional votes. It takes time. This could go on indefinitely. We need to put a stop to this **** now. All this **** about it "not making a difference" is koolaid. Trump had 290 at the end. Dems are going after WI, MI and PA. That's 46. 290 minus the 46 is 244. Not enough to be president by its own right. The 290 is not official until December 13th when the electoral college decides.
