Vanster 11-06-2016 23:09

No, it's getting interesting here. Word on the street is that Trump supporters are going to be hanging out at the polling stations to make sure there isn't any intimidation going on. I just have to see one of these guys for myself.

tbh im a pretty firm believer that once you have served your time you should be able to get back all of your rights that you lost from being a felon (yes including owning guns). unless you're an established repeat offender

At some polling places, Pennsylvanians would be allowed to cast their vote while wearing pistols or with rifles strapped on their backs.

"Voters who have a legal right to carry a firearm cannot be prohibited from entering the polling place to vote," the document states. Guns will remain prohibited at polling sites held in buildings where they are not allowed, such as schools and courthouses.

If voters turn out while bearing arms, police may be in a tough situation. State law requires that police remain 100 feet or more from a polling place entrance unless they're called to the scene, the document states.
Peace be with you brother. God willing, you'll survive.

I agree, I also think we should keep letting in illegal immigrants that have already been deported so they can keep committing crimes.

You should probably look at the statistics regarding what the felon population is comprised of. For good measure you should break apart white and hispanic

Greedo909 11-06-2016 23:37

Where did those tax loopholes Trump used come from? Ask the DNC.

I know very little about this, but from a quick sweep it looks like passive-loss relief was a core component of Bill Clinton***8217;s 1993 tax plan:

AP: Siegel says ripple effects will likely reach other investment markets as well. "The Clinton proposal should be good for the real estate market with its easing of the passive loss rules, its easing of the rules that govern pension fund investment in commercial and debt-financed real estate, and its easing of the oversight regarding bank lending policies." ***8230;

Chicago Sun-Times: Last year, Bentsen's Senate Finance Committee approved a change in the passive-loss system designed to provide partial tax-relief to property owners - and new buyers - who are "active participants" in real estate trades or businesses. Basically, the plan allowed such owners to escape the clutches of passive-loss treatment, and to write off losses from their real estate against net income derived from real estate. Guess what ended up in Bill Clinton's tax package? You got it: The very passive-loss relief plan that sailed through Bentsen's committee.
