Orc Choppa and Dwarf Slayer!
 

Choppa/Slayer was deff the class type I really wanted to play.

Yep, looks like things are going to get more active as they have plans laid out for Live events until June.

I'm excited over the darkness falls type dungeon. I never played DaoC but it seems pretty cool.

If it turns out to be anything like DF then it will be really cool. Darkness Falls was my favorite place in DAoC

Not enough for me. Maybe once everything is active in 5 months it'll be good enough for a resub.

are these zerker type classes or something else

from the sound of it they are like melee BWs, the more you fight the stronger your attacks are but the weaker your def will be.

The theme seems decent enough. It's about how one should try and make one's own way in the world, not depend on Fate or God. Sidhu, a fatalistic, cowardly, religious nincompoop is at the centre of it all. He is a small-time cook and helper in the bylanes of Chandni Chowk in Delhi, obsessed with making it big by winning a lottery or simply by the grace of God. He keeps looking for signs that his life is about to change. Getting his palm read, wearing various beads and totems and going to astrologers are what he does in his spare time. His Dada (Mithun Chakraborty), the man who has brought him up, keeps telling him that this isn't the way to success, but his advice falls on deaf ears. And when a Chinese-Indian holy man called Chopstick (Ranvir Shorey) urges him to go to China he sets off happily, sure that a great life awaits him.

Looks pretty fun,

in style, slayer kicks the ass of the choppa

choppa just looks like a black orc dual wielding

that's probably because they want more order players since they went way overboard on making destro kick ass out of the box.

From what I understand, GW has Mythic by the balls and GW decides what goes.

To me it seems that the Slayer can kill anything 1 on 1 but and groups of slayers kill everything. but groups of choppas. well they just massacre everything with their multi-attack. I don't know slayer to me is still worth playing just to know that killing things has been made hella easy thanks to mythic and their ability to de-balance everything

Everyone is going to cry OP for a month or so because they're the shiny new class that everyone is talking about. Just like everyone did for BG and KoTBS. All Slayer/Choppas are is basically a melee BW/Sorc. If not focused quick enough, they'll do deadly damage/aoe - but they're ****ing squishy once you focus fire them.

I had a fun first night on my Slayer. Uploading a little Tier1 scenario/oRVR video I threw together for the hell of it....I'll edit this post with it later.

I wasn't having much trouble killing Slayers as a Black Guard 1 on 1 - when there was a huge group of them I died pretty quickly though.

Slayer/Choppa so far is like a WP/DoK with AOE that can't heal. They both wear medium armor. 1v1 WP/DoK still own.
