How to be a journalist in 2016:

1. Determine your conclusion
2. Disregard any evidence that doesn't support it

Once again, Trump wasn't the first person to say this. It was proven by comparing citizens with registered voters who voted. Surprise, surprise, the numbers didn't match.

And boy, that's hard to believe since states like California have such strict voter registration such as: "Can you prove where you live? Okay, you're a registered voter now."

Fool 12-07-2016 19:47

Yea look what's happening with the recount in Detroit. The count says 300, the box says 300, the envelope says 300, but there's only 50 ballots in the envelope? But don't worry, that only happened in 610 of 1680 precincts.

Trump's EPA Pick Spooks Liberals and the Environmental Lobby

Liberals and the environmental left have gone into a tizzy over the selection of Oklahoma attorney general Scott Pruitt as Donald Trump's pick to head of the Environmental Protection Agency.

House minority leader Nancy Pelosi says the Pruitt nomination must be blocked "for the sake of the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the planet we will leave our children." New York AG Eric Schneiderman says Pruitt is a "dangerous and an unqualified choice." Independent socialist senator Bernie Sanders declares the Pruitt pick is not only dangerous but also "sad." The League of Conservation Voters calls Pruitt not just a global warming skeptic but "an outright climate denier."

Any strategy that involved throwing Hillary at us was an awful one. As Trump says, the stuff that came out about her should have been disqualified her as president.

The Dems can cry all they want but they made a terrible choice.

IT WAS HER TURN.

^The DNC and certainly the Clinton campaign honestly believed that was the case and believed it was all they needed to get her elected. The Podesta emails proved it beyond all doubt. They've been grooming her for it for 8 ****ing years. They knew she was flawed... deeply, and frequently discussed the ways that her positions on various issues could hurt the campaign at least as badly as her many, many past mistakes were hurting it.

For ****'s sake, the only reason she got as many votes as she did is because the DNC sabotaged the Sanders campaign. I mean, I really have to give them credit - that was beautifully orchestrated. Sell all the Berniebots and NerverTrumps on this "Socialist outsider" candidate nonsense and then completely flip the table on them at the convention to turn the suckers into establishment Democrats -- and it ****ing worked! Hahahaha!

They steered the media so expertly they ****ing CREATED Trump. His candidacy should have died off long before the primaries, but Hilldawg is so Insufferable and the left so desperate that it backfired in the most epic fashion imaginable. She didn't sweep a single demographic -- not blacks, not Hispanics, not WOMEN -- all of which were supposed to be slam dunks.

They're gonna write about this election for centuries. But the best part is that the left has proven over the last month that they're NOT finished losing. They've learned nothing from the experience and they're doubling-down on all the dumb **** that made them lose so spectacularly this year. 2018 midterms are going to be hilarious and awesome.

Trump was an unusual case though. Everyone thought it was really hilarious he was running and actually doing well for awhile.

A reality TV star was running and saying really strange things all along and it was hilarious. Sorry, it just was. It goes beyond politics.

Plus, how did that negative coverage hurt him? Did it at all? I think CNN blasting him day after day did the exact opposite. I think it just made the people who liked what he had to say love him more.

Ugh, you ****ing retard.

I know you can't form a single thought for yourself, but he's not a reality TV star. He's a ****ing ridiculously successful billionaire who, at one point in his entire life, hosted a show.

That doesn't excuse the fact of the clear bias though from 'journalists' who aren't 'commentators'. There's a difference. In commentary, it's ok to be a douchebag, but when you're supposed to be a journalist that brings the news, clear bias is awful.

If they would've covered him fairly, he would've won by a colossal landslide, far greater that any remotely recent President.

There are just too many morons out there who believe what CNN/ABC/etc. says. It's that simple.

WaPo appends note saying their story on fake news might be fake news

Quote:

Editor’s Note: The Washington Post on Nov. 24 published a story on the work of four sets of researchers who have examined what they say are Russian propaganda efforts to undermine American democracy and interests. One of them was PropOrNot, a group that insists on public anonymity, which issued a report identifying more than 200 websites that, in its view, wittingly or unwittingly published or echoed Russian propaganda. A number of those sites have objected to being included on PropOrNot’s list, and some of the sites, as well as others not on the list, have publicly challenged the group’s methodology and conclusions. The Post, which did not name any of the sites, does not itself vouch for the validity of PropOrNot’s findings regarding any individual media outlet, nor did the article purport to do so. Since publication of The Post’s story, PropOrNot has removed some sites from its list.
Russian propaganda effort helped spread ‘fake news’ during election, experts say - The Washington Post

what is real news to a liberal one might ask

- russian hackers rigging the US election is real news

- a worldwide conspiracy carried out by white male gamers to subvert the minds of americans with **** and ass is real news

- hillary's impending landslide victory is real news

- george zimmerman using racial slurs on his 911 call is real news

- 12 out of 10 women are raped on every college campus in america is real news

- everything wrong is a white person's fault is real news

WAPO cited an anonymous group of researchers to validate the Russian influence argument?

much journalistic integrity.

many credibility wow.

MSM should hang the hat up - no one is ever going to take them seriously ever again. They're on a rapid spiral into obscurity. They've been pandering to the common denominator for so long that they've transcended into tabloids. People actually want real reporting with real news and real discussions. MSM doesn't do anything but throw some idiotic talking heads up and spew forth a stream of mindless drivel. The times are nigh WAPO, the days are short and the nights are long, soon.............v soon........

I would really like to see a detailed study of the primaries and how that all unfolded. The GOP had too many candidates and it seemed to split the vote, although Trump just dominated too. The Dems obviously made a huge mistake letting Hillary stomp on Bernie and not putting Biden or someone else forward.

I'd really like to know where all these Hillary voters came from. All the dirt on her was already out during the primary so it wasn't like people didn't know.

Veniggs 12-08-2016 09:41

the dnc effectively running hillary as uncontested is pretty interesting. i'm not a big enough history buff to know but who in modern politics runs a candidate uncontested when they're not the ****ing incumbent?

the democratic party has sunk to the level of the GOP in 1990s/early 2000s. gg scandal queen.

I mean, come On.

She literally promised 4-8 more years of the status quo.

This isnt presidential. This is personal and petty.

There are many other ways to handle a union boss and this isnt one of them.

Personally I would have gone to the plant where he is, have a press conference, and made him tell people about how great I am for saving the jobs of his union workers.

But that's me.
