He may have won a plurality, but until electoral fusion takes hold nationally (it's not even in the debate) and a 'none of the above' option this literally goes against the original great compromise the country was founded on bridging urban and rural interests

Wouldn't it be great if the President couldn't effect your life that much? Like if people from Texas and Alabama couldn't tell people in California and New York how to govern themselves? You know, like how the founders of this country WANTED.

Screw you, and your overriding love for a huge ass national government. Get back to local and state having more power and all of a sudden this isn't that big of catastrophe.
