not really if they made them in the US it would prolly cost 200 to manu.. Its actually a good example of wage difference and Safety Regulations. We regulate soo much we cant compete against someone who ignores all of them..
My boss used to tell this story about how the Koreans could build ATM machines for less then what he could get the parts for before trying to include labor.. |

but THEY (not you) openly and proudly deny humans the ability to ever experience survival of the fittest. They encourage the weakest and most pathetic dregs among us (like all these SJW's) to procreate and breed at rates far beyond their own survival capacity and to make all the otherwise intelligent and prosperous humans pay for it year after year. both directly and indirectly so who really hates science I ask? |
The left here in Washington state are busy beavers. Our local school district floated a bond measure of 126 million dollars to build a second high school, which lost in the elections by less than 1%. In Washington it requires a 60% vote, and I think the final tally was 59.92 for. So, the school district decided to put the ballot back up for vote again this month, and have run a full court press for advertising to make sure it passes. And if it fails again, they will keep doing it, until they get that one vote over the line, then they will call it the end, and will not entertain any other discussion. And if it continues to fail, they will turn to the courts and get some judge to rule that the county doesn't adequately support the education program like they did at the state level) and will force it in some manner, and call that settled.
It's all being pushed by the Teacher's Union. Furthermore, the Teachers Union is doing everything in their power to kill Charter schools, which was clearly approved by the voters several years ago. **** the voice of the people, and **** the kids, it's all about money and dues for the Union. Now, from a liberal's POV, anyone that opposes the shenanigans of the Union because we know what they're up to, is against children somehow. We're monsters that only think of money, when in reality, it's the only thing the Union thinks of. They don't give two ****s about "the children". They never have. What does this have to do with this while thread? Not much, just thought I'd vent. The Teachers Union is the ****ing evil empire. |

where we don't have elections we have auctions where people don't vote for a candidate they believe in but vote for the person they least support the most god bless us |
what do boeing think about free trade tho
|
Boeing gets a lot of defence contracts so they would be relatively insulated on that front. That said China is ramping up their own aerospace manufacturing, which should not be open to free trade since they are just stealing Boeing designs anyway.
