Holding the threat of prosecution over Clinton is besides the point of what he actually thinks of her actions. It is a tool to use against an opponent in his view, completely consistent with his past history of using the courts.

Congress can appoint a special prosecutor as well, it doesn't have to come from Trump. Frankly it doesn't surprise me though, pursuing it at this point looks like kicking someone when they're down. It might appease a few people who aren't content with her career being over, but it would be very unpopular for half the country.

I think it depends if Killary and Obama go away, or if they stay involved. I think Killary goes away. Besides one appearance, haven't heard anything from her. She's going to die from health issues. Obama has a big ego, he will stay involved and get called out.

I don't think they are going away. The general population needs to learn about the Clinton Foundation, most of them don't know about it. It would be better if they were indicted for their crimes against Haiti and Bill's Arkansas drug ring.
