[vista ultimate] apps borders/fields displaying incorrect
 

Has anyone else experienced this?

Here is an example of a database program I have installed. Its currently doing an import of a few hundred thousand poker hands and as you can see fields and certain areas are being cut off.

Its as if Vista does not know how to display the app right.

What can I do?
