Obama won his first term because he's black, it was all over the news and everything else that brought many out to vote. His second term he won because Mitt was such a failure. Mitt pulled out of his campaign early to drop it in Obama's lap as he stopped his campaign (literally) 5 weeks before election.

We republicans aren't mad but we do want to keep our constitution and our sovereignty. With the current government continuing the same direction it looks like we will lose that. Elects from both parties have become rich from pandering to contributors instead of keeping promises they made to voters to win. We will lose this country as we know it if it's not stopped. I think the stats are contorted to show the government doing better than it actually is because from what I'm seeing main street isn't doing so good. We know the unemployment #'s are skewed to make government look about 4 times better than actual.

This doesn't make our government's failures look any better to me but is kind of funny (if that's what you were aiming for)

San Jose is a recent example of the gross negligence that's so often overlooked by media. UCLA is another where conservatives did the right thing and met all of the guidelines set forth and in the end were allowed to be disrupted by a few who opposed their way of thinking. Police and security were both present but were told by the administration to "stand down". Same story at San Jose where the mayor told the police chief to "stand down". These actions are newsworthy as it is in effect an attack toward a group of citizens with opposing views using legislative power. We need to hold those in power accountable for misuse of authority like they should be. But with no voice other than social media, maybe we've already passed that mile.

Also consider who the opposing party chose to run against them, I've always felt like my vote was for the lesser of the two evals. I don't think it should be like that but feel like many Americans can identify.
