I created a time-out forum. People who were in time-out only had access to that part of the board. Other users could go in there and the user would have to plead their case. Once a consensus was reached they MIGHT be allowed back into the main board. There was a lot of reeeing in there.

"Solitary" was another forum that people could be banished to.
When you logged in, it was your default. There was only one post. You couldn't do anything else other than read the post.
