If you have an Iphone 4s (only ones i have done so far, i imagine other models are similar)

The rear glass is very easy to switch out and costs about $10 and even comes with tools. Front is a little bit of a pain, but there are step by step youtube videos that walk you through it. main things to know is when you are ordering the glass, make sure:

1. That it matches your phone, like Verizon and sprint are different than the regular Iphones.
2. if replacing the front Glass, order it with the Digitizer attached, even though it is cheaper to just order the glass, you will never be able to remove the digitizer from it without destroying it.
3. when disassembling them, place it in a pan or something so the screws do not hit the floor, they are very small and can bounce away to never be seen again. you can get a screw kit for abiout $3.
4. Lay tape, sticky side up, so as you remove the screws, you place them in same location on the tape as they were installed in Iphone, it makes it easier to remember which screw went where.


I usually like sellers that ship from us and have a lot of reviews. back glass is about $10, Front Glass with digitizer bout $30, and if you want to change your color, front and back kit is about $50
