If you have the cable length you can sit the devices over the holes. You don't see the holes. The front one for mouse and keyboard one only needs to fit a USB through it and goes under the keyboard.

Or get lift supports for the monitors and a wireless keyboard and mouse. Stop being a poor.

Also, wtf is that under the monitor at the back of the desk, a tough book from 1999?

Current iteration.
KVM switch for the laptop, mouse and keyboard, removed second keyboard.

Removed 3rd monitor, new 32 inch LG Ultragear 1440p primary, moved 27 inch Asus to second computer.
