Is there a script out there that will pop up a hud that gives the health status of my flag carrier. If not would anybody be willing to make one for me cause I know nothing about scripting.

Not possible. The scripting engine has access to no health statistics for any player, including your own.

Wouldn´t it be possible to have a permanent CarrierTV (like in VP) which is only as big as big as the healthhud?
I mean: You are always in somekind of carrier observing but the only thing you see is the healthud? Mayb beacause the rest of the "hud" is out of your screen?
Another thing, you can stripp out the lil health indicators from command view. Seen that on many teamhuds yet.
