I am currently using my best non-mf items for the majority of the boss fights, and then switching to a mf set that i have in the inventory when the boss is almost dead. Does that actually work? Or is the game smarter than me and measure your mf at the start of the fight?
 
elite packs drop more/better rares than bosses.

the 3 legendaries i've found have all come off of random mobs or barrels, and i have practically zero MF.

the NV buff when you hit 60 helps tho. definitely see an improvement in quantity of drops off of elites/bosses. quality is lackluster :|
