As long as you aren't running integrated video... and have more than a gig of ram, you'll run WoW just fine.

I had a 2600 on a laptop and it ran TF2 *ok*

tf 2 requires more horsepower than wow

2400 would run wow, but bleh, you need more than that, why get some shitty all integrated desktop thats not upgradeable? You can build one for less than 1k easy enough.
