BoB is about 50% propoganda and 50% skill. They have very good pilots, but they don't take on things unless they have a 100% chance of success. They plan very carefully, and if they pay you a visit, you can be sure they have found a weakness to exploit.

Their last two visits have been while the majority of our forces have been focused on other enemies.
