Adelphia High Speed Shitternet, any one else haveing problems?

so they wont give me any actual details of what is going on, but im pinging 400 with 30pl to all game servers and it took me 20 min to get to tw.com. anyone else haveing problems in the northern virginia area and happen to know what is going on? or has anyone seen JW he could tell us :x

I'm in the same area and also having the same problems - have no idea what the cause behind it is though.
