IllustratorCS help

there should be an option in the SAVE AS dialog box that lets you choose which version of AI you are saving it as...
 
no, do a save as...choose ai and then hit save, a dialoge box should pop up after that that gives you more options...save as ai...then hit save, box pops up with a drop down menu for different version compatability.

I don't have that for some reason.
I do save as. select .ai, hit ok, and then I get this.

thats odd...I'm on illustrator 10 and I get this on my save as:

saveas.jpg


edit: nvrmind...you arent on 10 :p

Yeah, that's what I sent the printer/graphics guys were using.
But they said they couldn't open it.

No idea why they haven't updated to the latest version yet.

For the place we send our CDs to be printed I still have to save down to 9 but they are cheap :)
