Seems a bit better for me. 9800 Pro 128mb. Switched from the latest omegas.

Also, why do you guys hate the CCC so much? You don't have to use it if you don't want.

i am running TV at Very High, 800x600, 4AA/8AF, and i get around 50-60 fps. This is opposed to the 30-40 i got with the 4.9s

amd 2800+
9800xt
1gig pc2700

ok i just tried to run 3dmark2001 and vsync will not turn off. I went to the ati control panel, did the 3d tab, and made sure it was off for Dx and OpenGL. It is saved under both as 'Always Off'. Yet in 3dmark the fps is capped at 60. Another strange issue is that there is no difference anymore between the high and low detail game tests -- it is always high regardless of what it says.

anyone else?

I think it became better in T:V but the best thing is nfsu2 runns really smooth now on max detasils on biggest res, had bad probs there, they´re gone now.
