[Request] Mutator

Yogi was talking about this at some point, but I don't know if he's going to go further with it. Anyways, I would like to see a server mutator that is tied into a database in the back end. The database would hold known cheaters, tk'ers, etc so the server could download and update it's ban list or upload new bans to the database. Of course you would have to control who could submit bans through the mutator and hopefully have different levels of bans so you could ban locally but no globally.
