Scoreboards telling the real score?

I know nothing about scripting and i was wondering if it was possible to make the scoreboards actually show the real score like in ctf. Here is a picture of the scoreboards. If anyone is able to do this i would give them credit for it in the readme and on many websites.

I don't remember...does it do it in the single player, or does it load the map in between each round and it changes then?

Like it looks in sp, it just changes every round. b'caus it loads every level.

I don't hold the definitive answer to this, regarding T:V, but I will say it was possible with the Unreal line of games
