TVEd crashes on startup?

Hey, I was just trying to load up TVEd to try and learn how to use the thing, but I cant even get it to open. Once I attepmt to execute the exe, I get 2 errors:

The file appears to be corrupt. Reinstall and try again
Windows cannot run this file because it is in an invalid format


Could anyone please help me rectify this problem? Thank you.

I had a TV_DVD_CD .exe error. I tried reinstalling and it dindt work, i even called the VU tech and they were no help and never heard of the problem. The only thing that worked for me is reformatting. Must have been a stupid program messing with it. TV works fine now though
 
dude dont reformat...
thats all bad, figure somethign out first. and if you are really dedicated maybe reformat though i wouldnt do it for a game.
 
What version of windows are you using? Must be an NT based Windows to work.

Well then thats the problem right there lol.
I'm running on WinME, so there you go.
Well, I guess I wont be using TVEd untill after christmas when I get my new rig. Thanks for the help though.
