grapple your teams pipe that the flag sits in and have the enemy flag, try and smash your head on the bottum on the tube and youll capture the flag ...
oh and guys if you wanna try something fun get the rover and go really fast off a jump and jump out in midair and grapple it and it whips you its funny. I also learnt how to whip myself just by standing on flat ground lol w00t pretty funny
