I apologise in advance for lack of information, I've only slowly come to realise what the problem is.
Basically, the first 3 slots of my favorite loadouts currently register as "Empty", and I cant rename or use them. I believe I first had trouble with loadouts when I lagged right in the middle of a shift+letter choice of loadout.
Also, although this I'm inclined to blame on myself, sometimes when I get a loadout I'll get 1 or 2 of the weapons associated, but almost never all 3 unless I try several times. This bug doesn't occur when I host a server.
The first bug is apparently profile-specific, as I created a new profile and the problem had been rectified.
