basically, it should be standard that the first guy who gets there or has the time should spend 30 seconds setting up portable invens in the spawn rooms on emerald. They are behind forcefields, and thus can't be touched by ho, or any o for that matter. It's good for people like me whos loadout is medium standard - you're set to go in less than a second.
And another thing, don't stand at an inv like an idiot. If you're setting up your loadouts, you can do that out of game. Don't waste the rest of the server's time. This is moderately tolerable at regular invs. At porta invs, you're blocking the rest of us from suiting up. So use fast favs or get disked out of the way. (Press shift nearby for fast favs.)
