[T:V] Possible New Map??

So i was looking through the servers a few mins ago and i run across. MP-Tropics(Arena). Is this a map not in the FP version that someone ported over or is this a map that was in v01,02,03 and removed? If its new i will share it if someone has a host.

EDIT: FIles Downloaded: Civilian Male, Surface Tenshion-CTF,Unititled-???, and Tropics-Arena.
