[QUESTION] How do you re-bind command keys? [TV]

I use the numpad instead of wasd, so is it possible to change the quick chat and loadout command keys? I would like to change them to the numpad setup. Thank You.

You'll need to edit user.ini, use note pad.

There are lines in it somewhere that look like this
Code: 
NumPad0=
NumPad1=
NumPad2=
NumPad3=
NumPad4=
NumPad5=
NumPad6=
NumPad7=
NumPad8=
NumPad9=

and just paste the appropreate command there.
